A water alarm is your early warning that a pump has failed or water is coming in. We test them, change batteries and install Wi-Fi alarms that alert your phone.
What we do
- Test water alarms and replace batteries
- Fresh batteries in hygrometers
- Install Wi-Fi water alarms that send alerts to your phone
- Install Aprilaire water and float sensors
Great for second homes and rentals: a Wi-Fi alarm lets you know about a problem even when you're not there.
Service call rates
- Care Plan members: $175 for the first 30 minutes
- Non-members: $225 for the first 30 minutes
- After the first 30 minutes: $100 per hour

Need service? Call or send a request.
We service sump pumps, battery back-ups, dehumidifiers and alarms, even if we didn't install them. Estimates for new work are free.
