Annual Care Plan
One visit a year keeps your pumps, alarms, fans and dehumidifier working, lowers your service call rate, and keeps your 15-year encapsulation warranty in effect.
What's included, once a year
- Sump pump inspection and test
- Battery back-up pump inspection
- Soil gas fan inspection
- Water alarm test, with fresh batteries in the alarm and hygrometer
- Dehumidifier filter change
- Humidity and temperature readings
- Full inspection of the liner and tape
How it works
Your visit happens once a year in your assigned quarter. Our technician comes during that quarter and you're invoiced by email after the visit.
Price
$200 per year. Members also pay less for service calls: $175 for the first 30 minutes instead of $225, then $100 per hour.
Warranty
The 15-year encapsulation workmanship warranty stays in effect while your home is on the Annual Care Plan. If you sell your home, the warranty transfers to the new owner as long as they keep the Annual Care Plan.

We service sump pumps, battery back-ups, dehumidifiers and alarms, even if we didn't install them. Estimates for new work are free.
