Soil Gas Fan Service
A soil gas fan only protects your home while it keeps running. We check that yours is still pulling soil gas out from under the house.
What we check
- Fan running properly, with no unusual noise
- Pressure-gauge (manometer) reading
- Visible piping and connections
We check soil gas fans whether we installed them or not. A soil gas fan inspection is included in every Annual Care Plan visit.
Service call rates
- Care Plan members: $175 for the first 30 minutes
- Non-members: $225 for the first 30 minutes
- After the first 30 minutes: $100 per hour

Need service? Call or send a request.
We service sump pumps, battery back-ups, dehumidifiers and alarms, even if we didn't install them. Estimates for new work are free.
