Pump not running? Alarm going off? Dehumidifier not keeping up? We service and repair crawl space equipment, whether we installed it or not.
What we service
- Sump pumps: testing, float and check valve checks, discharge lines, Zoeller replacements
- Battery back-up pumps: battery checks, testing and replacement
- Soil gas fans: fan operation and pressure-gauge checks
- Aprilaire dehumidifiers: filter changes, humidity readings, drain checks and repairs
- Water alarms and hygrometers: testing, fresh batteries and Wi-Fi alarms
- Liner and tape inspection and repair
- Small concrete and block repair
Service call rates
- Care Plan members: $175 for the first 30 minutes
- Non-members: $225 for the first 30 minutes
- After the first 30 minutes: $100 per hour
