Homes near the coast

Salt air, sandy soil and a high water table put extra strain on crawl space equipment. Pumps cycle more, dehumidifiers work harder, and alarms matter more. A yearly check keeps everything ready for storm season.

Second home or rental? A Wi-Fi water alarm and a Wi-Fi dehumidifier let you check on your crawl space from anywhere, and our Annual Care Plan visit keeps everything working while you're away.

Service call rates

• Care Plan members: $175 for the first 30 minutes
• Non-members: $225 for the first 30 minutes
• After the first 30 minutes: $100 per hour

Join our Annual Care Plan for $200 a year to save on every service call and get a yearly check of all your equipment.
