Most crawlspace problems are really three problems at once — water, humidity, and gaps in the structure itself. A full encapsulation treats all three as one connected system instead of a list of separate fixes.
Water Management
Gutter Diverters, Drain Socks, and Sump Pumps redirect surface and subsurface water away from the Foundation Perimeter, so the ground around your home stays stable and dry.
Climate Control
A dedicated Dehumidifier, Hygrometer, and Sealed Ventilation stabilize humidity year-round, while Air Inducers actively condition the crawlspace, protecting Wood, Drywall, and belongings from Mold and slow decay.
Structural Barrier
Vapor Liners, Sealed Vents, and Closed-Cell Foam Banding close every gap in the Foundation, forming a permanent barrier against Moisture and Pests.

You don't need a full crawlspace system to work with us. We also maintain the equipment already doing the job in your home — sump pumps and Aprilaire dehumidifiers — so it keeps running the way it's supposed to.
Certified Aprilaire Technicians — we service and maintain Aprilaire whole-home dehumidifiers, whether or not we installed them.

We started Ground Level with a simple idea: a crawlspace shouldn't be an afterthought. Left alone, water intrusion, humidity, and small structural gaps compound into expensive problems — mold, rot, pests, failing insulation. Treating them as one connected system, instead of three separate service calls, is what actually makes the fix permanent.
